The Blister Pack is a “book-style” folding package in which every component is tailored to fit – from high-GSM laminated board through laser-cut foam-inlay to a magnetic closure – ensuring your coins are both protected and beautifully displayed. To see our packaging expertise in action, take the limited‐edition Germania Beasts: Gullinbursti Geminus 2×1 oz Silver BU. This 500-piece numbered run demanded a package that could convey the mythic power of the golden-maned boar while offering maximum protection.

We leveraged our proven two-panel folder-blister design (previously used for Fafnir and Fenrir Geminus), enhancing it with a darker, more dramatic color palette and bespoke graphics. The cover is crafted from heavyweight laminated board, printed in deep brown, black, and metallic gold via full-color offset. Discreet magnets hidden in the spine provide a reassuring “click” with every closure, underscoring the premium quality of the presentation.

Practical Interior & Showcase on the Cover

The folder opens to reveal a laser-cut polyurethane foam insert precisely shaped to cradle the Infinity capsule – coins sit securely yet can be lifted out effortlessly for viewing without risk of scratching. On the opposite side, a discreet pocket holds the Certificate of Authenticity, keeping it at hand without disturbing the design’s clean lines.

To impart a truly premium finish, we applied advanced decoration techniques: 3D embossing enhances depth in the design elements, while selective UV spot varnish lends a metallic sheen to the boar motif.
