Our Numismatic Class

Since the very beginning of its operations, Germania Mint has focused on constant development, which is possible thanks to its committed Employees. We take a number of actions aimed at creating the best conditions of employment, constantly looking for new candidates. That is why we have started cooperation with the School of Technology “Mechanik” in Jelenia Gora, which is one of the most active units of its kind in the country. The course conducted there – “Technician of graphics and digital printing” and the “Printing club under the wings of Germania Mint” under the guidance of Małgorzata Bączek, bring together people interested in printing and computer graphics. We believe that thanks to the cooperation with ZST Mechanik, young, ambitious people will have the opportunity to develop their passion and skills in our company. Thus, they will become a valuable members in the Germania Mint Team – one of the most dynamically developing mints in the world.

Students who sign up for the printing club can take part in interesting events organized in cooperation with us. Every year, they visit our company’s headquarters to see how work at Germania Mint looks like in practice. The best students have a chance to undergo professional practice. Additionally, our employees conduct workshops on CV writing and preparation for job interviews. We plan many more interesting initiatives to arouse students’ interest in the vibrant collector and investment industry.
