A project that took flight

The project involved the packaging for a limited 2 oz silver coin shaped like a paper airplane – a unique and playful design, produced in just 500 pieces.

Our task was to create packaging that would match the originality of the coin while ensuring top-level protection and presentation.

Elegant, precise, and soft to the touch

The result was a laminated rigid box covered with soft touch foil, giving it a refined, velvety finish. Inside, the foam insert was precisely cut to fit the coin capsule, ensuring perfect stability and a premium unboxing experience.

The entire structure was made from 2 mm black solid cardboard, offering durability and a luxurious feel. The inner insert was made of foam with flock coating, adding both texture and protection.

From prototype to perfection

Due to the innovative nature of the project, the process took around 8 weeks, longer than usual, but for a good reason. We dedicated significant time to developing and testing prototypes to make sure every element met Power Coin’s expectations.

The final product reflects that effort: elegant, solid, and perfectly tailored to highlight the uniqueness of the coin itself.
